Launched and around since 2004, Broadway Market has claimed the title of being one of the most DELICIOUS food markets of London – perfect for hungover foodies out on a Friday night as it comes around every Saturday from 9am to 5pm and is located just between Regent’s Canal and London Fields.

2) Netil Market | 13-23 Westgate Street, E8 3RL / Tube: London Fields Station

Round the corner from the hustle and bustle of Broadway market lies Netil Market – the quieter side of a market. With permanent traders placed all week, Saturday is the true life of the party with vintage fashion, craft stalls and street food vendors all out of the woodwork! Open from 11am to 6pm, if you’re already visiting Broadway market, be sure to stop by Netil too!

3) Victoria Park Market | Victoria Park, E2 9JW / Tube: Cambridge Heath

One of the best parks in East London combined with delicious & heart-warming food – do we need any other reasons to love the Sunday market at Victoria Park?! With the elements of a traditional food market with fresh fruit & veg as well as some of the best ultimate foodie spots to hit for some amazing flavours including Salt Shed & Casa Cannoli, be sure to stop by on Sunday’s between 10am – 4pm for some food-loving.

4) Brick Lane Market | 91 Brick Lane, E1 6QR / Tube: Liverpool Street and Shoreditch High Street

We already know Brick lane is awesome, there’s just no doubt about it – but come Sunday’s, Brick Lane turns into a huge marketplace! Where it already has the quirkiest shops you could think of and hidden treasures within shops, find more as well as vintage fashion, arts and crafts and more wonderful odds at The Old Truman Brewery or splurge into an international food venue at the Boiler House. Rumour has it, you could probably find anything and everything down Portobello Road markets, and you’d be insane not to wander down the length of the road and take a peek at everything that is on offer! Close by to Notting Hill’s famously coloured houses and nearby at Ladbroke Grove, there’s a more diverse range of stalls as well as Acklam Village food market – your whole day could be spent just wandering and eating across one of West London’s infamous markets. As weird as the name is, perhaps quite memorable too, Cabbages and Frocks makes for a serious market in food and fashion. With visitors being able to come across designer labels and racks of clothing, if you’re on the lookout for something sweet that catches your eye, this quirky Saturday market comes highly recommended! Open from 11am to 5pm.

7) Herne Hill Market | Railton Road, Herne Hill, SE24 0JN / Tube: Herne Hill

The cute and cosy market let’s call it – which, they got spot on! With Herne hill being a mix of foodie stalls and craft options, all aspects of market-eering are covered with an afternoon wander around here. Open from 10am to 4pm on Sunday’s, it covers one delightful summer afternoon in South East London!

8) Flea at Flat Iron Square | 68 Union Street, SE1 1TD / Tube: London Bridge

Your one stop shop for those long awaited and instagrammable vintage additions! Clothes, furniture, books, vinyls, (food), are up for grabs making it the shop you really wanted to do but now have absolutely nowhere to store it all. Open on Saturday’s from 11am to 6pm and Sunday’s from 10am to 5pm.

9) Maltby Street Market | Ropewalk, 41 Maltby Street, SE1 3PA / Tube: Bermondsey

The smallest yet one of the strongest London markets around town. Tucked away amongst the railway arches, be sure to bring the eating pants as you dig in to culinary excellence along the cute cafes and street food vendors along Maltby Street Market. Highlighting gin cafes and marshmallow topped hot chocolates, need we say any more? Open from 9am – 4pm on Saturday’s and 11am – 4pm on Sunday’s – double whammy hangover cure.

Mind the tourists around here of course, we all know Camden is pretty cool to take photos in so be sure to swerve the selfies – but Camden Market is its very own POWERHOUSE! With enough browsing to entertain you successfully for a whole day, KERB’s array of street food can keep you going from breakfast to dinner whilst you spend the day wandering between market stalls and the bustle of North London.
